"I asked for a particular date for the appointment, they said there was not a courtesy car available. I was provided with a car from Enterprise they were 50 minutes late. I was also given one of the smallest cars on the market to drive."

"On one service I was told something needed doing and another dealer said it didn't need doing. I was disappointed on a test drive that I wasn't asked what my mileage was and that a diesel would not be suitable for my needs."

"Booking the car in was good. However the car was returned with additional unexplained mileage, adjustments to the cars electronic settings and an addtional fault associated with the initial repair. None of which they seemed too concerned about."
